The dates of the conference are
26-29 August, with a special full-day excursion on 30
August and an ecosan training session on 31 August. The
preliminary conference programme provides full

The venue for the conference is
the Erdos Municipality government building, with a
main conference hall that seats 600 people, and
numerous smaller conference rooms for the parallel
sessions.
The hotel for the
international guests is the 5-star Holiday Inn, just a 10-minute walk from the
conference venue. More

The conference is being
held in both English and Chinese, with simultaneous
translation for all plenary sessions. All conference
materials will be available in both English and Chinese,
and the proceedings of the conference will be published
in both English and Chinese.
Dongsheng/Erdos is
located 600km west of Beijing [Map
Link]. It will have its own airport by the summer of
2007. At present it is served by the airport in Baotou
100km to the north. The Baotou airport (BAV) is served
by direct flights from Beijing and Shanghai. The
conference will provide ground transportation between
the Baotou airport and Dongsheng. |
