Last day to issue visa invitation letters: 1 August 2007
The conference secretariat will continue to accept registrations for the conference until 15 August 2007. However, the Dongsheng Government will no longer be issuing visa invitation letters after 1 August 2007. If you register for the conference after 1 August 2007, a Chinese visa is your own responsibility. In order to attend the conference in China, you will need to apply for a tourist visa for China, either on your own or through your travel agent.

Please complete the
registration form to register for the 2007 International
Conference on Sustainable Sanitation: Eco-Cities and
Villages and email the completed registration file to - one participant per registration form. Only
enter information in
yellow areas
or mark
X in the bracketed space [
]. Rename the registration form file with your
name (the name of the participant). An email
confirmation will be sent upon receipt of this form
within 48-72 hours. A letter of invitation will be sent
to you for visa purposes, so make sure your mailing
address is complete and correct!
If you are presenting a
paper or poster at the conference, the deadline for
submitting this form is 15 June 2007. The deadline to
submit this form for general attendance is 15 August 2007.
The deadline for payment (by bank transfer) is 15 August
2007. Final confirmation will be sent upon receipt of
the conference fees. |

There are three Conference Fee
options for the conference (all fees include a room in
the 5-star Holiday Inn hotel):

Conference (26 - 29 August):
RMB 2300 or USD 304*, including hotel (four nights), local
transportation, breakfast, lunch and supper buffets,
banquet, coffee breaks and conference material.

Conference (26 - 29 August)
plus technical excursion on 30 August: RMB 2900 or
USD 383*,
including hotel (five nights), local transportation,
breakfast, lunch and supper buffets, banquet, coffee
breaks and conference material, and a full-day excursion
in and around Dongsheng on 30 August.

plus technical excursion on 30 August and the hands-on
Training Workshop at the ecosan project site in
Dongsheng on 31 August: RMB 3450 or USD 456* including hotel
(six nights), local transportation, breakfast, lunch and
supper buffets, banquet, coffee breaks, conference
material, a full-day excursion on 30 August, and a
full-day hands-on training workshop on 31 August.
